  1. LungSys II Systemsbiology of lung cancer. Mechansimens of early mestastasis, Opens external link in new windowhttp://www.lungsys.de/. As part of this project methods are developed to cultivate tumor cells in 2D and 3D systems and subsequently use these cultures for translational and basic scientific projects.

  2. CANCERALIA: Development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to improve patient outcome in lung and pancreatic tumours, Opens external link in new windowhttp://www.canceralia.eu/. As part of this EU funded project the role of the Kennedy pathway and RhoGTPases in lung and pancreatic cancer are studied.
