Scientific Staff member - Doctoral student
Yvonne Beaugé joined the Research Group in Health Economics and Health Financing as a scientific staff member in October 2017. She has a background in health sciences and is trained in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Her research interests concentrate on the economic evaluation of complex health interventions. Currently, she is working on evaluating the cost and cost-effectiveness of a pro-poor community-based targeting intervention in Burkina Faso. Prior to joining the Institute, Yvonne worked for different public health insurances in Germany and for social organizations in Ghana. Directly before her current post, she worked for the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in the area of evaluation and quality assessment of tools developed for the Social Health Insurance in Nepal.
