QuantLuPe
In the three‑year project QuantLuPe, researchers at KIT contribute their expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Research Data Management (RDM ), which is combined with the medical and lung MRI expertise at DIR . Together, they aim to further develop an automatic and robust perfusion quantification tool for dynamic contrast‑enhanced MRI (DCE‑MRI) of the lung. The overarching goal is to enable fully automatic perfusion quantification within the multicenter COSYCONET study , which includes around 600 patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD ).
