Virtual International Day of ­Medical Physics 2025

On the International Day of Medical Physics, we are hosting two separate online events on Zoom, scheduled from 10am to 12pm as well as from 3 to 6pm. Part 1 focuses on current research topics and technologies in the field of Medical Physics in Radiology. During the part 2 current research projects in the field of Medical Physics in Radiation Oncology will be presented. Experienced researchers and Post-Docs as well as PhD students will be contributing to each part. At the end of part 2, you can virtually visit the Heidelberg Ion-Beam Therapy Center (HIT) as well as the 3 Tesla MRI and the ETHOS Linac at DKFZ. Registration for free participation is now open.
