Abstract:
The project is based on previous work concerning completed examinations of Blush-Quantification with the same clinical partner. Quantitative computer-aided Depiction of myocardial Perfusion for Patients with acute coronary syndrome and patients with heart transplantations is to be developed. Particular emphasis should be focused on the spatial distribution of the dynamic changeable blush. Quantified parameters derived from the spatial temporal pattern shall be tested for their diagnostic and prognostic relevance in comparison with clinical established MRI-methods.
