Julia Stockemer is a Master student at the Institute of Global Health since 2019. Her Master Thesis links nutritional health to planetary health.
Julia is especially interested in interdisciplinary research on impacts of dietary behavior on environmental, socio-economic and health factors. Her research focusses on adaptation and mitigation strategies and the influences of national and supra-national policies on planetary health diets.
