Dept. of Clinical… Clinical Trials

Notes for patients

Dear patient, dear family member,

With this page we would like to provide assistance and important information to patients who are planning treatment at our study center.

Our Clinical Pharmacological Study Center (KliPS) is part of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacoepidemiology and is part of the Medical Clinic of Heidelberg University Hospital.

We specialize in conducting early phase drug studies in the development of new drugs and have been conducting such studies regularly for over 15 years. Our team of experienced investigators and study nurses (specialized nursing staff) will take care of you during your stay.

At KliPS, we conduct studies with both healthy volunteers and patients with a wide variety of underlying diseases. We work closely with clinical colleagues from the respective departments (including the Clinic for Hematology, Oncology and Rheumatology, NCT (National Center for Tumor Diseases), Clinic for Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases and Poisoning, Clinic for Cardiology, Angiology and Pneumology). This will ensure that you receive the best possible medical care. Below you will find some information that may be of interest to you in advance of your treatment with us.

Our goal is to provide you with optimal and individual care during your therapy.

Your

PD Dr. med. Antje Blank with the entire study team
