ArboFusion is a global initiative to develop new arbovirus diagnostic tools based on generic flavivirus and alphavirus real time RT-PCR protocols and nanopore sequencing technology.  ArboFusion will assess the utility of these innovative diagnostic tools by screening blood donations across eco-epidemiological groups in Ecuador and socio-economic groups in Sao Paulo state, Brazil.
