Nuri Nazmun Nahar

Doctoral Student

Nazmun Nahar Nuri, a dentist by first degree, later completed MSc degree in International Health (MScIH) from the University of Heidelberg in 2011. Nuri started her carrier by working as a dentist in Bangladesh in 2005. Later, in 2008, she joined a renowned NGO in Bangladesh named Brac and she worked there in a maternal and child health project. After finishing her Master’s study in Heidelberg she joined a maternal health project in GIZ Bangladesh in 2011. Afterwards she has also performed short term consultancies for Plan International Bangladesh and Water Aid Bangladesh. Since 2015 she is a PhD student in the University of Heidelberg and working on Access, quality and equity in health care services in Bangladesh.
