Faith Yesutor Agbozo
RN, MPhil.
Doctoral Student
Faith Agbozo, a registered nurse and certified Public Health nutritionist, is a lecturer at the University of Health and Allied Sciences in Ghana in the Department of Family and Community Health where she teaches courses in Public Health Nutrition and Reproductive and Child Health. Prior to this, she worked for almost a decade with the Ghana Health Service as clinical nurse and later as nutrition officer. She has also provided consultancy and volunteer services as assessor for certification of health facilities as baby friendly, counselor on adolescent sexual/reproductive health and rights, and livelihood empowerment projects with World Vision and the Health and Education services in Ghana.
Since October 2015, she has been working as doctoral student with the research group on Global Health Policies and Systems on a research project aimed at validating the screening and diagnostic tools for gestational diabetes in Ghana and estimating the role of maternal nutrition on the incidence.
