Brief description: CORD is a collaborative project involving the majority of German university hospitals in the four consortia of the Medical Informatics Initiative (MII). The aim of the project is to improve the documentation of rare diseases in the university hospitals and to make the acquired data jointly usable in accordance with data protection regulations.
