Abstract: The Network University Medicine (NUM) has built the CODEX research data platform, a secure, extensible and interoperable platform for providing research data on COVID-19, which will connect university hospitals nationwide since August 2020. This will provide the scientific community with structured data of high quality and enable novel evaluations.

The initial GECCO (German Corona Consensus) dataset will be extended by the MII core dataset in the follow-up project Routine Data Platform (NUM RdP).
