Laura Di Lorenzo
Laura is trained in International Business Communication, Public Administration, Social Sciences and Literature. She joined the HIGH in May 2014, providing administrative assistance to the Health Economics and Health Financing Group and the Health Systems Research Group. Laura is responsible for administrative and organizational tasks including communication and collaboration with the administrative departments within the University of Heidelberg, the various administrative representatives of the research project partners, and the scientific coordinators within each research project. Her core function for specific projects includes management of research grants, budgeting and project planning. Before joining the HIGH Laura acquired experience working for different international companies in export sales, as team assistant for international teams and in the customer support area. Besides, she worked several years as freelance Italian lecturer and teacher. Laura is proficient in German, Italian, English and French. She did advanced training in the field of legal aspects of international cooperation, project management and intercultural studies.
