Application for Dr. med. at the Institute of Global Health

If you are interested in pursuing your Dr. med. at the Institute of Global Health, please follow the instructions below.
At the Institute there are no application deadlines or fixed starting points for doctoral candidates. You may apply throughout the year. After your application is received, you will get a confirmation of receipt email within a few days. We will then forward your application to potential supervisors who will decide whether they have interest and capacity to take you on as a new student. They may contact you directly and they may invite you for an interview. Within two months, you will receive an email telling you whether or not your application was accepted.
Alternatively, you may contact our teaching staff directly, e.g. during an event of the Sozietät Georg Forster or the Wahlfach Global Health.

We kindly ask you to hand in a cover letter, curriculum vitae and all other optional documents in PDF format via e-mail (please do not exceed 10 MB).
