Fatema B. Rasul

Fatema B. Rasul is trained as a medical doctor from Bangladesh, and hold a Master degree in Public Health. She worked as a senior research associate and as a lecturer in the James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University for over two years. She has experience in working closely with BRAC health programmes, and have collaborated in the development of a health insurance product while working in BRAC healthcare innovations programme. Fatema joined the health economics and health financing group of University of Heidelberg in March 2014, as a doctoral student. Her doctoral thesis applies mixed methods to assess and understand health care use and household expenditure for chronic non communicable diseases in Bangladesh.
