World Malaria Day 2023

World Malaria Day event held on 23rd June 2023, organised by the Center for Integrative Disease Research and SFB 1129.

There will be a short film about the Malakit Project in French Guiana which provides an intervention for the malaria endemic amongst illegal gold mining sites. This will be followed by a talk from Dr Yann Lambert and Muriel Suzanne Galindo, two of the researchers working on the project which will lead into a open discussion.

Afterwards there will be a social event with researchers, including refreshments, pizza and cake. This event is open to everyone.
